SALAT-UL-TASBIH
Source: Fiqh-us-Sunnah, vol 2, # 33
‘Ikrimah reports from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Messenger of Allah said to ‘Abbas ibn ‘Abdal-Mutalib: “O ‘Abbas, O Uncle, shall I not give you, shall I not present to you, shall I not donate to you, shall I not tell you ten things which, if you do, Allah will forgive your first and last sins, past and present sins, intentional and unintentional sins, private and public sins? The ten actions are: pray four rak’at, reciting in every rak’ah al-Fatihah and a surah. And when you finish the Qur’anic recitation of the first rak’ah, say, while standing, ‘Subhanallah, al-hamdulillah, wa la ilaha illallah, wa Allahu Akbar‘ ['Glory be to Allah. All praise is due to Allah. There is no God except Allah. Allah is the greatest.'] fifteen times. Then make ruku’, and while you are in ruku’, say the same ten times; then stand, and say the same ten times. Then go down and make sajdah, and while you’re in sajdah, say the same ten times. Then sit after the sajdah, and say the same ten times. Then make sajdah, and say the same ten times. Then sit after the second sajdah, and say the same another ten times. That is seventy-five [repetitions of the phrases] in each rak’ah. Do that in each of the four rak’at. If you can pray it once a day, do so. If you cannot, then once every Friday. If you cannot do that, then once a year. And if you cannot do that then once in your life.“
This hadith is related by Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah, Ibn Khuzaimah in his sahih, and at-Tabarani. About this hadith al-Mundhiri says: “This hadith has been related through many chains and from a number of companions. The best of them is this one from ‘Ikrimah. A group of scholars have graded it to be sahih, including al-Hafez Abu Bakr al-’Ajari, (al-Mundhiri’s teachers), Abu Muhammad ‘Abdurrahim al-Misri, and Abu al-Hassan al-Maqdisi.” Ibn alMubarak says: “The tasbih prayer is a greatly desired act and it is desirable that one should punctually observe it and never neglect it.
Suggestions:
1. You can pray it any part of the day and night except of course during the forbidden times for performing Salat.
2. Your aim is to recite the above Tasbih 300 times in Four Rakah as stated in the hadith narrated above, however, please do not count loudly or fingers or by holding beads in your hand.

Water, Consciousness & Intent: Dr. Masaru Emoto
Masaru Emoto was born in Yokohama, Japan in July 1943 and a graduate of the Yokohama Municipal University's department of humanities and sciences with a focus on International Relations. In 1986 he established the IHM Corporation in Tokyo. In October of 1992 he received certification from the Open International University as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine. Subsequently he was introduced to the concept of micro cluster water in the US and Magnetic Resonance Analysis technology. The quest thus began to discover the mystery of water.
He undertook extensive research of water around the planet not so much as a scientific researcher, but more from the perspective of an original thinker. At length he realized that it was in the frozen crystal form that water showed us its true nature through. He has gained worldwide acclaim through his groundbreaking research and discovery that water is deeply connected to our individual and collective consciousness.
He is the author of the best-selling books Messages from Water, The Hidden Messages in Water, and The True Power of Water. He is a long-time advocate for peace in relation to water. He is currently the head of the I.H.M.General Research Institute and President Emeritus of the International Water for Life Foundation, a Not for Profit Organization.
Mr. Emoto has been visually documenting these molecular changes in water by means of his photographic techniques. He freezes droplets of water and then examines them under a dark field microscope that has photographic capabilities.
Some examples from his works include:
Water from clear mountain springs and streams had beautifully formed crystalline structures, while the crystals of polluted or stagnant water were deformed and distorted.
Distilled water exposed to classical music took delicate, symmetrical crystalline shapes.
When the words "thank you" were taped to a bottle of distilled water, the frozen crystals had a similar shape to the crystals formed by water that had been exposed to Bach's "Goldberg Variations"- music composed out of gratitude to the man it was named for.
When water samples were bombarded with heavy metal music or labeled with negative words, or when negative thoughts and emotions were focused intentionally upon them, such as "Adolf Hitler", the water did not form crystals at all and displayed chaotic, fragmented structures.
When water was treated with aromatic floral oils, the water crystals tended to mimic the shape of the original flower.
Sometimes, when we cannot see the immediate results of our affirmations and or prayers, we think we have failed. But, as we learn through Masaru Emoto's photographs, that thought of failure itself becomes represented in the physical objects that surround us. Now that we have seen this, perhaps we can begin to realize that even when immediate results are invisible to the unaided human eye, they are still there. When we love our own bodies, they respond. When we send our love to the Earth, she responds.
For our own bodies at birth are more than 60 percent water, and the percentage of water in our bodies remains high throughout life (depending upon weight and body type). The earth's surface is more than 60 percent water as well. And now we have seen before our eyes that water is far from inanimate, but is actually alive and responsive to our every thought and emotion. Perhaps, having seen this, we can begin to really understand the awesome power that we possess, through choosing our thoughts and intentions, to heal ourselves and the earth. If only we believe.
Whether you participate in global meditations, or simply do this inner work in the quiet of your own loving mind and heart -- we can heal the body of our earth and recreate a clear, pristine world to hand down to our children for seven generations.

TEN WAYS THAT NULLIFY ISLAM
“There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the right path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Taaghut (false deities)1 and believes in Allaah, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break.”(Qur’an 2: 256)
“And whatsoever the Messenger gives you, take it. And whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it) and fear Allaah. Verily, Allaah is severe in punishment.” (Qur’an 59: 7)
ONE: Shirk in the worship of Allah: to associate something and/or anyone in the worship of Allaah:
“Verily Allaah forgives not setting up rivals in worship with Him, but He forgives whom He pleases other sins than that.” (Qur’an 4: 116)
“Verily, whosoever sets up rivals in worship with Allaah, then Allaah has forbidden Al-Jannah for him, and the Fire will be his abode.” (Qur’an 5: 72)
TWO: Setting up intermediaries between a person and Allaah is Kufr (disbelief): calling upon them and seeking their intercession and depending upon them. Those who do this are taking “associates” with Allaah and this is Shirk. Allaah (subhanahu wa ta’ala) says (what means):
“Then set not up rivals unto Allaah (in worship) while you know (that He Alone has the right to be worshiped). (Qur’an 2: 22)
THREE: Believing that the Mushrikeen (those who commit Shirk) are not Kufar or doubting their Kufr or defending and correcting the beliefs of the Kufar, is Kufr. Allaah (subhanahu wa ta’ala) says (what means):
“And if any amongst you who take them (wholeheartedly) as friends, then surely he is one of them.”(Qur’an 5: 51)
FOUR: The belief that guidance by someone other than the Prophet Muhammad (sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam) is better or that ruling by other than the rule of Muhammad (sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam) is better, then this is Kufr. The rule of Muhammad (sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam) is the rule of Allaah:
“But no, by your Lord, they can have no true Faith (al-waajib: which is dutiful upon them), until they make you judge in all disputes between them, and find in their souls no resistance against your decisions, but accept (them) fully with submission.”(Qur’an 4: 65)
FIVE: Hating any command or anything of the Prophet’s (sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam) Message despite practicing it is Kufr.
“That is because they hate that which Allaah has sent down, so He has made their deeds fruitless.” (Qur’an 47: 9)
SIX: Mocking any part of Islaam or any of Allaah’s Names and Attributes is Kufr.
“Was it at Allaah, and His signs, and His Messenger that you were mocking? Make no
excuse, you have disbelieved (became Kufar) after you had believed.”(Qur’an 9: 65-66)
SEVEN: Involvement in Magic:
“Solomon did not disbelieve but the devils disbelieved, teaching men magic and such things that came down at Babylon to the two angels (put coma after the word angels) Harut and Marut, but neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said: We are only for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning the magic from us).”(Qur’an 2: 102)
EIGHT: Standing by the Mushrikeen, supporting them and helping them against the Muslims (so that they will be the prevalent ones) is Kufr.
“And he amongst you who take them as friends (WHOLEHEARTEDLY), then surely he is one of them.” (Qur’an 5: 51)
NINE: Believing that some “special” people don’t have to follow the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhe wa sallam) is Kufr because this negates the second part of the declaration of Tawheed ‘Muhammad is the slave and Messenger of Allaah,”
“And whoever desires a religion other than Islaam, it will never be accepted from him, and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.” (Qur’an 3: 85)
TEN: Completely turning away from the religion of Allaah, not learning it and practicing it, is Kufr.
“And who does wrong than the one to whom are recited the Aayat (proofs, evidences, verses, revelations, etc.) of his Lord, then he turns aside therefrom? Verily, We shall exact retribution from the Mujrimin (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners etc.)” (Qur’an 32:)

Narrated Ghailan bin Jarir (Radiallahu Anhu – may Allah be pleased with him): I asked Anas (Radiallahu Anhu – may Allah be pleased with him), “Tell me about the name ‘Al-Ansar.; Did you call yourselves by it or did Allah call you by it?” He (Radiallahu Anhu – may Allah be pleased with him) said, “Allah called us by it.”
We used to visit Anas (Radiallahu Anhu – may Allah be pleased with him) (at Basra) and he used to narrate to us the virtues and deeds of the Ansar (Radiallahu Anhu – may Allah be pleased with them), and he used to address me or a person from the tribe of Al-Azd and say, “Your tribe did so-and-so on such-and-such a day.”

Hadith The Prophet Muhammad (SAW), as reported by Abu Hurairah
This religion is easy. Do not make it a rigor, or you shall be overcome. Be steadfast, seek the closeness of Allah, grow in virtue, and implore His appeasement day and night.
Hadith The Prophet Muhammad (SAW), as reported by Abu Hurairah
Every morning two angels come down from Heaven. One says, 'O Allah! reward all those who give in Your cause," while other says, "O Allah uproot every miser who withholds."
